Promising Nigerian singer who was detained in Uganda for breaching Coronavirus protocols to perform at a music event, Omah Lay, has finally broken silence after his release from the prison cells of Idi-Amin’s country following the drop of criminal charges against him by the government.

Adopting his Twitter page to narrate his ordeal, the music maestro asserted that prior to the event, the promoters of the show notified him that they have secured all clearances including COVID-19 compliance protocols hence he can perform without being apprehended.

According to Omah Lay, the ill-fate he suffered in Uganda is the toughest period he has ever witnessed in his entire existence on planet earth.

He further went on to profess in the thread he authored on the micro-blogging platform that he was treated like a petty-market thief.
