Okomfour Kwaadee sent to the hospital to test for coronavirus

Publicist for highlife artiste Okomfour Kwaadee, Alfred Frimpong has disclosed that the veteran musician has been taken to a health facility to test for coronavirus (COVID-19).

According to him, the musician is not only being test for the novel coronavirus but malaria as well at a health facility in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

Speaking on the current state of the highlife legend in an interview on Hitz FM hosted by Andy Dosty, Frimpong debunked rumours suggesting the musician have gone mad.

He admitted that after seeing a disturbing photo of Kwaadee on social media, he quickly reached out Kwaadee’s caretaker whose name he mentioned as Madam Abena to confirm the state of the musician.

”He was okay until I saw his recent picture online, I have not seen him personally but when I spoke to the lady who is with him, she said they have taken to the hospital to test for COVID-19 and malaria before they take him back to rehab’, Alfred Frimpong said.

He emphasized that Kwaadee who has been off the music scene has expressed his readiness to release lots of potential songs.
