Obrafour finally sues Ayisha Modi and Delay for defamation (photos)

Veteran Ghanaian rapper, Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere Darko, also known as Obrafour, has dragged Ayisha Modi, Deloris Frimpong Manso (Delay), and The Delay Show to the Accra High/Circuit Court of Justice for defamation of character.

Within the first week of October, Ayisha Modi in an interview with Deloris Frimpong Manso, aka Delay on The Delay Show recounted how ungrateful Obrafour has been after helping him bounce back to the music scene weeks after battling with stroke.

According to Ayisha in the said interview, she spent $45,000 on the rapper’s “Kasiebo Album”.

However, Obrafour has repeatedly stated that Ayisha has not aired any truth in all of her submissions either on Tv or Radio regarding the said kind gesture.

The rapper is therefore suing Ayisha, she is also to apologize alongside with Delay and the producers of the Delay show. He demands that they retract and publish their apology in the Daily Graphic newspaper.

Reports emerging from Obrafour’s camp indicate Ayisha was summoned and was supposed to be served on October 27, 2020, but all attempts to reach her have proven futile.

Obrafour’s team claim that they have been combing the whole of Accra to serve Aisha Modi but she has not been found.
