Ghanaians artistes making claims of making strides internationally should come again as perpetually, they are excluded in various top music list on the global front including the latest list of top artists in Africa which was released by CNN.
There was no single Ghanaian in the top of CNN’s list and in another list on Apple’s top 10 streamed songs from Africans, there’s no Ghanaian on the list once again.
The list is however heavily dominated by Nigerian musicians. Songs by Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, and other Nigerian musicians.
The data recently released by Apple Music, featured Artists in sub-Sahara Africa whose songs were streamed via the platform.
Burna Boy’s songs ‘On the low’, ‘Gbona’, ‘Dangote’, ‘Anybody’ and ‘Killin Dem’ took the top 5.
