Delta state did not wake up to the sound of good news when word broke out that a young citizen of the state has lost his life after completing his National Service.
The young man identified as Frida Abiligo Orhomre is said to have drowned to his death after a speed boat he was croozing on capsized.
According to reports, he was in the boat with his mother and sister when the unfortunate tragedy occurred.
