In a funny video making waves on social media, a bridge which was being constructed by a minister and his accomplice on an unknown land in Africa collapsed, making the minister and his accomplice fall down.
What is making people really laugh is the bridge that is to be commissioned. People think well-built structures are commissioned, but not that a bridge is built of wood.
However, multiple reports also say the money which the minister was supposed to pump into the project in order to build a stronger bridge for the area was reportedly pocketed.
