A viral video has shown these two parties resorting to stones and bottles as weapons for a fight at the Atta Mills Highway.
According to reports, the NDC party members embarked on a walk which later resulted in the brutal unforeseen clash.
Some 15 persons however sustained injuries that saw them end up at the Korle Bu hospital for treatment.
A complaint was reported to have been filed at the police station by both parties.
The Odododiodoo constituency has been pointed out to be a notorious zone whenever elections draw near.
Similar incident happened at the James town police head quarters when the Member of Parliament for Odododiodoo, Nii Lante Vanderpuye, insinuated that he was assaulted by National Security personnel.
