Naomi Campbell Engages Femi Kuti and others in Deep African Conversation

Naomi Campbell. a British supermodel and TV presenter has engaged some popular African activists in conversations centered around Africa, especially Nigeria.

The model on her show ‘No filter with Naomi’ which borders around entertainment and fashion, decided to talk to Femi Kuti and Isha Isatu Sesay in her recent episodes.

Femi Kuti is the son of Nigeria’s popular folkmusic maker, Fela Kuti. Femi is also a traditional musician who believes that social change can be achieved through music. As a result, he condemns subjects such as corruption and right abuses through his songs.

Isha Isatu Sesay is also a journalist who is known for the role in the ‘Bring Back Our Girls’ campaign that was about the kidnap of the ‘Chibok Girls’.
Yemi Adamolekun is also a serious campaigner for good governance in Nigeria through his ‘Enough is Enough’ medium.

Naomi engaged with these activist on issues around the endsars protests and the violence that came with it proving that she is not only interested in promoting entertainment, fashion and beauty trends to the world but also showing Africa to the world.
