Retarded Ghanaian songstress, Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah popularly known as Mzbel, has revealed she has no regrets whatsoever for making her affair with Nana Ama McBrown’s husband, Maxwell, known to the public.
Now, the Songstress under discussion earlier has stated categorically that Maxwell Mensah, husband of actress McBrown first expressed amorous interest in her.
In the voice of Mzbel in the studios of Radio Universe with blogger Zionfelix, the businessman proposed marriage to her and he was more than willing to settle down with her but she turned him down for obvious reasons.
Recounting the comments she made in the interviews she granted at the time, the musician turned business woman believes her comments on Maxwell Mensah, Nana Ama McBrown’s husband is not meant to scold him but is only to put things in their right place.
In a recent interview with television presenter MzGee on ‘The Gist’ show, Mzbel maintained that she cannot keep silent about her alleged sexual affair with him when media persons bring up the issue.
“If they (interviewers) think that my answers will hurt somebody, they shouldn’t ask me at all. So they were expecting no comments. They should say the ‘No comment’ in their heads and not ask me because if you ask me, I know that you want to know,”
she said “How am I disrespecting someone’s husband when I am minding my business? Suddenly, it is out there that I and this boy used to hangout. I gave honest answers, I did not insult him,”
she added.
