Afro-Pop singer Feli Nuna has bemoaned the unlucky strides she pulls with record labels in Ghana.

She stated in an interview that record labels are not meant for her unlike other artistes.

Speaking to SVTV Africa, Feli Nuna expressed her lack of interest in working with or under a record label thus the way record labels are run in Ghana does not make work convenient and attractive for her.

She hinted that sometimes she even had to publicly lie about how great her former record label was because she had signed in the contract not to divulge any information about her record label that will put its image under scrutiny.

According to Feli Nuna, there were so many things going on behind the curtains in the past whilst working with her former management and this is a canker she suggested that many other musicians in Ghana are faced with.

The ‘Love Me’ hitmaker stated emphatically that there’s no was label in Ghana currently that she is drawn to.

“There is no Ghanaian record label, that I admire now, everybody and their own style. You see, you wouldn’t know what’s going on behind the scenes because those times it was even part of mine contract to speak well about my record label, so even though they’ve done something bad, I can’t come on air and say my record label is not doing well…have to say, oh how is your team?…my team is good, they’re doing amazing, we’ve released the video meanwhile things are not being done.

So I can’t say, I would like to be in this person’s position or have this record label to work with.” She explained.
