He made this confession during a Twitter Q/A session with his fans when he was quizzed on whom his top 3 rappers at the moment are.
Many were expecting to his first see the name of his Godfather ( Sarkodie) followed by maybe Manifest but he ditched them both to vouch for Medikal and Teephlow.
