A bus conductor has received a beating of a lifetime after failing to reduce the fare for passengers who boarded his car.
The mate who proved stubborn and decided to go against the 15% reduction in fare prices had the agitated passengers releasing their wrath on him.
The passengers accused him of deliberately charging the old fare despite the GPRTU’s public announcement of a nationwide fare adjustment.
Onlookers who witnessed the scenery praised the people for disciplining the mate who was hellbent on taking the old fare which goes against the new directive.
The chaos between the mate and the passengers follows the drop in the dollar to cedi rate which has led to the call for the reduction in goods and services all over the country.
