Manifest details the ‘real’ reason behind his beef with Sarkodie in 2016

Ghanaian rapper, M.anifest is currently the most talked about act on Social Media after his freestyle and interview with UK media superstar Tim Westwood was premiered online.

The #GodMC sent social media into a frenzy with his freestyle over Drake’s Duppy freestyle instrumentals.

As usual, the ‘Feels’ rapper laced his rhymes with double-ententes and his M.anifans and very proud.

Talking about his 2016 beef with Sarkodie the ‘Nowhere Cool’ rapper in the interview detailed;

“I think it was a moment in time… just competitive rivalry…a Hip Hop thing. If you have to be the man, you have to beat the man. Big up to him… He is been doing it for a while and there has always been mutual respect between us. I turn one of my end of year shows into a festival and December was when people saw us on stage together and it was pandemonium over there. It was beautiful. We always kept it respectful because of its Hip Hop and everyone feels they are the best. So if you think so then put it on wax and let’s see how far. We did it and it turned the country upside down for a couple of days!

“Everything I do I take serious so I’m not going to go into a competitive world, I’m not going to put out a track that is going to be easily beat. He came back with record. We both came out with a track each and left the people to decide. We are done with that phase now and they should be expecting collaborations.

“The funny thing is before that we had worked on tracks that never came out so now we have to put in some new thing.”
