Man Becomes First Person To Get Pig Heart Inserted Into Him

David Bennett, 57, has been said to have had the first genetically modified pig heart inserted into him making him the first person to successfully have the procedure been done.

According to reports, the US man is currently doing extremely well three days after the experimental seven-hour procedure in Baltimore, doctors say.

According to reports, all effort to make him whole again proved futile and the online option lefty was to try the pig heart which came out as a success.

Doctors at the University of Maryland Medical Center were granted a special dispensation by the US medical regulator to carry out the procedure, on the basis that Mr Bennett would otherwise have died.

Mr Bennett after his surgery has come out to speak as he reveals that he is really looking forward to going back to his old life when he feels much better.
