Make Nigeria Better Initiative (MNBI) has sued Femi Falana, a human rights activist, at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for what they claim as instigating the endsars protests.
The suit was filed by Joseph Nwaegbu Esq. a lawyer on behalf of the MNBI.
According to the suit filed on November 4, Femi Falana instigated the protests which has led to many deaths and also maintained a resolve against the military since democracy.

Femi had revealed a few days ago that he and some others were gathering evidence against the Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Yusuf Buratai at the ICC.
