Outspoken Ghanaian actress Lydia Forson has rendered a stern warning to social media users who refer to her as a ‘so-called’ celebrity in place of mentioning her name if they have something to say to her.

According to her, no one should refer to her as a ‘so-called’ celebrity whenever they want to refer to her as a celebrity.

She indicated that the reason why she doesn’t relate with most social media users is that they tend to recognize her a celebrity only when they need help then after they assume their “so-called” celebrity stance.

Concluding with her remarks, she reiterated that “I’m Lydia Forson, before anything else, address me as such so you don’t constantly feel like you’re doing me favours by addressing me as a celebrity.”

Her admonition comes as a result of how some persons have slammed her and other celebrities for calling on the president to speak on the ongoing brutality in Nigeria as the Chairman of Ecowas.
