‘Let’s put our differences aside and fight the system’ – Wendy Shay to drag FDA and Gaming Commission to court

GHANA WAKE UP! Wendy Addo, popularly known as Wendy Shay has announced she will be dragging the Food and Drugs Board Authority as well as the Gaming Commission to the Human Rights Court.

A few hours ago, the Gaming Commission joined the FDA to literally deny Ghanaian celebrities their daily bread by deterring them from advertising for any betting company in and outside Ghana.

Their restriction comes after the FDA banned Ghanaian celebrities and influencers from advertising for Alcoholic brands either in Ghana or outside Ghana.

Obviously, Wendy Shay is not happy with the restrictions imposed on Ghanaian celebrities and influencers by the aforementioned institutions.

Taking to twitter, the musician who feels her chop money is being hijacked by these restrictions revealed she will be taking the institutions to the human rights court.

The ‘Shay On You’ hit singer charged all celebrities to put their differences aside and fight the rigorous system in Ghana.

She wrote; “GH Celebs can we put our differences aside and fight the system ?? I guess we don’t know how powerful we are … Well I’m taking the FDA and Gaming commission to the Human Rights Court Celebs are also Ghanaians and deserve better !! Ghana wake Up !!”
