GHOne TV news anchor, Serwaa Amihere has suggested to law enforcers and law makers in the country to make a law that will see rapists, especially those who molest toddlers have their pen!s cut off.
Serwaa Amihere who’s probably tired and fed up with heartbreaking news on defilement in a tweet wrote;
