You can’t mention top ten artistes in Ghana and leave out these amazing four, Kwesi Arthur, Kuami Eugene, King Promise and Kidi – YOU CAN’T!
From 2017, these four straight up to 2019, have dominated the music industry with their singles, features and collaborations not to mention the stages they have been on and the places they have been to.
But one question comes in mind will they be able to survive the pressure, trolls, hustle and maintain the success and glory they are enjoying now for long?
How long will they maintain this spot they have gained in the music industry?

Kwesi Arthur
The Ground Up Chale breakout star made Ghanaians fall in love with rap all over again. From fresstyles on youtube to ‘Grind Day’ which got him a remix featuring Sarkodie and Medikal. In 2018 was crowned the ‘Hip Hop’ song of the year at the VGMA. He has since then produced songs and featured on over 38 songs in 2018.
2. Kuami Eugene
Catching the eye of Lynx Entertainment in 2016 MTN Hitmaker, he is now referred to as the Rockstar. His star power got him platforms in Congo and other African countries. Kuami Eugene is also known for hits like Angela, Confussion, and Wish Me Well which the masses fell in love with. He also has VGMA awards to his name.
3. King Promise
The Legacy Life star is known for the big “camboo” he wore to the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Award’s has been releasing amazing music about love, devotion and life since his big break in 2017. He has also produced hits like Selfish, Abena, CCTV, Oh Yeah, and his latest which features Wizkid, Tokyo.
4. Kidi
The 2015 MTN Hitmaker winner shot to fame in 2017 with his hit single ‘Say You Love Me’. His song“Odo” till now is the most viewed song by Kidi on YouTube with nearly seven million views, 6.9m to be exact, followed by “Adiepena” released early 2018 with five million. He is the mystery mind behind most of the strings and rhythms you hear in productions from Lynx Entertainment.
Well, we ask today, who among these four will still be relevant in the next ten years?
