Member of parliament for Assin Central (Honourable Kennedy Agyapong) has landed himself into an inevitable inconvenience as per his humiliating defeat in court against Abdul Malik Kweku Baako today
The law-maker whose utterances are decidedly quirky successively levlled false allagations againt the editor-in-chief of the NEW CRUSADE newspaper (Abdul Malik Kweku Baako).
These incessant slanderous allegations is said to have smeared the eminence of the notable journalist.
This deliberate abrupt attitude towards Kwaku Baako from Kennedy Agyapong consequently marked the former to drag the latter to the law court.
On Friday morning 26th June 2020, the High Court came out with its verdict and ruled in favour of Mr Baako.
The court charged Honourable Kennedy Agyapong 30 days to retract and apologise three times on the platforms he used to defame Kweku Baako. Damage was set at Ghc100,000 with cost of Gh30,000.
