Kwame Sefa Kayi to testify as a witness in Shatta Wale-Stonebwoy court case

Ghanaian broadcaster, Kwame Sefa Kayi, aka Chairman General has been named one thr eyewitnesses of the court case against Livingstone Satekla and Charles Nii Armah Mensah following their unpopular brawl at the recently held Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Kwame Sefa Kayi was an eyewitness at the 2019 VGMA when the Stonebwoy pulled out a pistol and when Shatta Wale mounted thr stage stage. Kwame Sefa Kayi saw how the whole event ensued whilst he was performing his duties as a host.

Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale are currently facing trial for offensive misconduct after their respective action caused the disruption of the 20th edition of the awards show.

In a related story, a court presided over by His Worship Mr Isaac Addo has deferred the commencement of the trial in the case to 23rd of October, 2019.

The case was postponed when the initial five  witnesses presented by prosecution declared themselves unavailable. The court had no other option than to adjourn the case in order for the prosecution to get new witnesses.
