A fake lawyer by the name of Kyei Baffour has been arrested today after he posed as a lawyer to make some few money out of the profession.
According to reports Kyei Baffour who has been posing as a lawyer for years had his luck running out after the presiding judge of cases he was supposed to work on at the Nyinahin District Magistrate court Madam Vera Victoria Akonu conducted an investigation on him.
The presiding judge was said to have her doubts about the lawyer who claimed to have been called to the Bar in 2015 with his license number as EAR 21053/21 which all proved to be wrong by the Ghana Bar Association and the General Legal Counsel.
The Magistrate Vera Victoria Akonu was said to have caused the arrest of the lawyer who later confessed to being a fake lawyer even tho he passed the Law Entrance Examination in Ghana but choose to stop the course due to personal reasons.
Kyei Baffour has since been arrested and in the police custody awaiting to be processed to be arranged before a Circuit Court at Nkawie.
