Jon Germain and KOD were sacked from EIB for ‘plotting coup’ against Bola Ray – Peace FM’s Akwasi Aboagye

Peace FM’s Akwasi Aboagye has alleged that On-Air personalities Jon Germain and Kofi Okyere Darko also known as KOD were actually sacked from Bola Ray’s EIB Network.

Earlier today, the two announced their departure from the media house after working as radio presenters for 5 years.

However, the main reason as to why the two shockingly left the media is what Ghanaians have been asking all day.

Kwasi Aboagye on Saturday, May 2, 2020, on his Entertainment Review show on Peace FM and monitored by Gossips24.com alleged that the two were actually sacked from EIB for ‘plotting a coup’ against the leadership of the company.

According to him, Jon Germain and KOD created a WhatsApp group with the intention to galvanize staff of the company to demonstrate against the management of EIB Network.

Unfortunately for them, a group member sent a screenshot of activities in the group chat to Bola Ray, who happens to be the CEO of the media house.

“The information I have is that due to the salary issues at EIB, KOD and Jon Germain formed a group with other staff. The reason was to demonstrate over their salaries and someone took a screenshot. They were planning a coup against Bola Ray and the other leaders at EIB so it’s during those discussions that someone took a screenshot and sent it to Bola Ray”.

“So, Bola decided to sack them after seeing the screenshots. They hurriedly came to announce their resignation before their sacking was announced. They were sacked”, he said.
