The late mother of former President Jerry John Rawlings, Madam Victoria Agbotui will be laid to rest on Saturday, 24th October in Dzelukope in the Volta region.
She died on the 24th of September after a short illness. She was 101 years old.
There will be a pre-burial service at the forecourt of the statehouse in her honor. The body will then be taken to Ketasco school park in Keta.
