Jackie Appiah Offers Scholarship To Some Prisoners On Her Birthday (+Video)

Award-winning actress, Jackie Appiah on her 36th birthday celebration donated items and cash to the Senior Correctional Centre of the Ghana Prison Service.

This initiative is one of the many activities carried out by her foundation, Jackie Appiah Foundation to help the less privileged in society.

After donating the items and cash to the Representative of the Prison Service, Jackie in the course of her delivery disclosed that she wanted to do something different this time around on her birthday, hence her decision to choose the juvenile prisons since she has never been there before.

According to the beautiful actress, she wanted to inquire from the officers why kids would be inmates in a prison and offer the necessary help to such kids.

Jackie, 36, who was thrilled by the warm reception she received pleaded with the  Prison officers present to allow her to provide educational sponsorship to some inmates who needed help.

To climax her birthday celebration, the actress dined with some of her loyal fans in Accra.
