Kumawood actor, Michael Afrane is still on the neck of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Prior to this year’s general elections, Michael Afrane said a lot about how he feels about the ruling political party.
Even after, the Electoral Commission of Ghana declared Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the president-elect, the kumawood actor said he doesn’t regard him as Ghana’s president.
Now in his recent interview, he said supporting the NPP in the past has been his biggest regret in life.
According to him, he was born and brought up by NPP parent, therefore, he grew up loving the party.
He revealed that he was given the Youth Organizer of the party at Bantama constituency in the Ashanti region because of his love for the party.
On why he joined the National Democratic Congress (NDC), he said the officials of the NPP are not kind as people perceive them to be.
After joining the NDC, Michael has said he regrets wasting his time to support a party that has no respect and love for their supporters.
