Choirmaster, who is the leader of popular Ghanaian music group Praye has asserted that he has the most authentic voice in the Hiplife genre apart from the ‘missing’ Castro.

In a recent interview, Choirmaster said he needs to be lauded and acknowledged for his good works in the Hiplife genre of music because he has been outstanding.

“Ghana music industry and Hiplife as a genre needs to acknowledge me for the good works. I have been one man standing when it comes to Hiplife in Ghana. We know there are a lot of Hiplife artistes in Ghana but no one can compare himself to me, vocally”, he made blogger Kumikasa privy to this.

Touching on the current state of his genre of music, the father of one said the current crop of Hiplife artistes produce noisy songs which lack discerning lyrical content.
