Highlife musician Dada KD has revealed that music producer Bandex and music distributor Akoboat are the reasons he’s not wealthy.
Speaking in an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Highlife Paradise on Rainbow Radio, he alleged that they ripped him off and failed to give him all his dividends since 1996 because he didn’t sign a contract with them.
“Since 1996, he has not paid me a dime. I have a cold war with him and moreover they did their part but they ripped me off. The difficulty I had was that I failed to sign a contract,” he said.
He said he would have been the wealthiest man should these producers pay him his dividends.
But reacting to the accusations from Dada KD, Akoboat denied the allegations against and said the musician was ungrateful after helping him in his career.
“If Dada KD claims I am indebted to him and God is still alive, we shall see. The truth shall be revealed. I am disappointed and I want to reiterate that we shall see the end of this,” he said.
