I’m not against the #Fixthecountry campaign – Kuami Eugene clarifies after been bashed by Ghanaians

Contemporary Highlife superstar – Eugene Kwame Marfo famed as KLuami Eugene; Has clarified that he’s not against the #Fixthecountry campaign.

This explanation follows after he was roasted on the internet after he formly stated during an interview with Giovanni Caleb of TV3 that Ghanaians should first fix their mindsets before they call on the government to fix the country.

According to Kuami Eugene, his submission was taken out of context by the populace reason many people drew that theory that he’s against the #Fixthecountry demo.

During an exclusive interview with Yengh, the reigning VGMA artiste of the year added that, his ‘fix your mentality’ comment was meant for every Ghanaian to work on themselves first before going at others and not as a response to the campaigners.

He said;

If I say fix your mentality first, it’s with regards to anywhere we find ourselves, individually. So we fix yourself in your job, homes, workplaces before anything [and] I said that prior to what is going on. I wasn’t even talking to the president. I wasn’t talking about what is going on. I was talking about people trying to feed into other people’s life. Just fix yourself,
