Ailing veteran actress Mavis Yeboah, popularly known as Gyanwaa has during a recent interview with Zuonfelix on his uncut show revealed how broke she is now.
According to the actress, she was able to save some amount of money to buy land and build a house to the lentil level just before her son suffered from cancer and she had to sell both the land and building on it so she can be able to save his child.
Recounting how things happened she revealed that she sold the land for GHC12,000 so she can be able to raise money for the surgery her son was supposed to have but unfortunately he even died after she sold it.
He further added that she used to be paid GHC50,000 old currency – GHC5 (new currency) during her days as in the Akan drama.
The actress who has acted for over 20 years called on people to support her as well because she is also broke and has nothing to show after all those years.
