“I will pop Champagne if Rev Owusu Bempah is jailed for 10 years” – Osofo Kyiri Abosom reveals

Founder and Leader of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM), Christian Kwabena Andrews, popularly known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom has exclusively revealed that will pop Champagne if Rev Owusu Bempah is jailed for 10 years.

The man of God-cum-politician made these comments whiles speaking in an on-air radio interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom FM.

According to Osofo Kyiri Abosom, Rev Owusu Bempah should be used as a scapegoat for inciting his church members to practice corruption.

Owusu Bempah is not a man of God and needs to be imprisoned for teaching his congregation to break the law. How can he preach breaking the laws of the country through bribery and go scot-free? It is wrong for a pastor to come out and say these things

Osofo Kyiri Abosom further stated that the Bible admonishes Christians to regard the laws of the country they find themselves in, but Owusu Bempah’s teachings directed otherwise.

He further argued that Owusu Bempah has informed the entire country that persons he (Owusu Bempah) is associated with within the corridors of power are all corrupt.
