I will perform at VGMA if they will pay me – Shatta Wale

Amid being banned and throwing tantrums at organizers of the famous awards scheme in Ghana, VGMA – Shatta Wale has revealed his readiness to work with VGMA once it involves money.

In a new interview with Onua FM, the dancehall king revealed that whether has been banned or not, he can still perform at the award ceremony this year if the organisers are willing to pay him ¢100,000.

He said:

“I’m not willing to be part of the VGMA even if they lift that ban. I’ve never gotten cash from VGMA before.

They say they’ll give you cash, but I have never gotten anything from VGMA. But If VGMA wants me to perform, It’s my service they want, so I charge them some 100k, I take my money and then I perform”

It is not surprising that Shatta is making a u-turn because he is well known to be a lover of money, and once there is money involved count him in.
