Disgraced Kuami Eugene says he was only joking about the price of his Zara shoes.
The ‘Wish me well’ singer was heard in a video saying his new Zara sneakers costs $700 which equivalents to GHc3800.
But after some social media users visited Zara Collections page, the real price of the sneaker Kuami Eugene said he bought for $700 was revealed.
The same sneakers which is black, white and red in colour on the Zara Collection page cost $89.90 which is equivalent to GHc489. Meaning Kuami lied.
Social media users however descended on the Rockstar and roasted him like plantain for lying about the price of his sneakers.
Disgraced Kuami Eugene after he was exposed then commented under the same video saying he was only joking.
“ I lie U Konkonsah 🤣 I buy the thing like $1 . Matrikiwo 😂 “ he commented.
So it’s now clear that he just wanted to make it seemed like he now wears expensive stuff.
