I sent controversial tweets about Sarkodie to get his attention – Kwaw kese reveals

Ghanaian musician and producer Kwaw Kese has stated that his social media criticism of Sarkodie was not intended as a beef tweet, but rather, another last effort to get the attention of his fellow rapper after numerous attempts.

Kwaw Kese revealed in a recent interview with Rev Erskine on Y107.9 FM’s “Myd Morning Radio Show” that he wanted Sarkodie for his “Win” single but was constantly ignored; as a result, he sent the controversial tweet to get the attention he needed.

“Me and Sark are very close, and we go way back before Sark and Kwaw were their respective selves. However, you’ll text him and receive a blue tick and no response after a while. Therefore, I said, “We go way back, and whenever you need me, you call me and I pick up.” I don’t need to go through anyone to get to you, and I believe it took on some significance. People believed that we were beefing, but there was no beef. I was just saying what I was thinking and feeling,” he stated.
