I Rented A Whole Island For My Lucky Video – Sarkodie

BET Award-winning rapper who doubles as VGMA 2019 Artiste of the decade, Sarkodie has revealed secrets about his trending visuals for LUCKY.

Sarkodie’s LUCKY was released on Thursday, July 25, 2019, and has since then gained the maximum attention. With the location he shot the video being the talk of the town, the rapper has decided to talk about it.

The rapper has opened up on the exotic place he shot his ‘Lucky’ music video which featured Rudeboy of the defunct P-Square fame.

The award-winning rapper took to his Twitter platform to gush over the Island resort which he reveals is called ‘Lou Moon’ located at Axim in the Western Region of Ghana.

Sark hinted he hired the entire Island just for the music video.

A flip, the iconic rapper however insisted that prior and after he shot the visuals, many people kept asking about where he was shooting the music video but he remained tight-lipped because the proprietor of the place made him book the whole place for the shoot and charged him accordingly so he decided not promote the place.

But the beauty of the place and how the owner suddenly developed a rapport with him made him change his mind and decided to hype it.
