After brutally been criticised by Nigerians for turning a blind eye on the ongoing #ENDSARS protests; DJ Cuppy has emphatically stated that she didn’t join the movement at the last minute to please her critics.
The popular Nigerian disc jockey and music producer also indicated that she joined the movement to make her unborn children proud that she also took part in the agenda to reform the country for greatness.
In a tweet, she shared on the micro-blogging platform concerning the #ENDSARS protest, she said;
“On Friday I went to protest not to please people but because I need to tell my children that I was part of history
Lazy Nigerian Youth are changing this country for generations to come and as a 27-year-old, I couldn’t be prouder… An experience I will NEVER forget!.
