Frontliner of NKZ music born Maradona Yeboah Adjei but professionally known as Guru. Has bragged that he introduced Ghanaian comic-actor and Kumawood star, Lilwin into the Ghanaian music industry.
The “Lapaz Toyota” hitmaker made these comments during an interview with Mona Gucci on Kantanka TV earlier today.
According to Guru, after he became a mainstream act, he thought it wise to introduce a new face into the music industry and after a rigorous deliberation, he finally settled on Lilwin.
Guru also noted that, Kwaku Manu was the first person that came to mind but after he heard Lilwin’s demo in one the recording studios inside Kumasi he changed his mind to pick the “Weezy Empire” boss instead.
Lilwin has more than 5 songs with Guru most notably “Meba be tia wo” which was released in 2106.
