American female rapper, Cardi B has explained why she was unable to meet and greet Ghanaian celebrities at the Kempinski Gold Coast hotel.

In the latest video available to Gossips24.com, Cardi B in a live video explained she has been struggling with a stomach ache for some time now – about a week now, she claimed.

She revealed she was not even aware she was supposed to have a meet and greet with some celebrities in Ghana.

Meaning she was never informed.

However, the Queen of Brooklyn posited in the latest video that she is now getting ready to meet and greet fans who had waited for hours just to meet her.

This comes after Ghanaian celebs tagged her in a series of videos expressing their displeasure at how they were treated by the American rapper and her team.
