Nigerian Singer, Muma Gee has finally opened up on her failed marriage with actor Prince Eke who is also father of her three children.
The singer and her actor husband got married in 2011 but had to divorce and go their separate ways over allegations of infidelity.
In a current interview with the sun, Muma Gee spoke extensively on her marriage saying her husband just woke up one day and decided to walk out of their marriage. she further stated that even though this is a big disgrace to her, God knows she has done her best for this marriage.
The singer was further asked how she took time off her music to get married and she responded that she did because she wanted to have time to fulfill her responsibility as a wife and mother and all her Christian obligations.
When asked if she will give marriage another chance, she said her ex husband hurt her so bad but she cant hate all men because of one man. she further said that because of her Christian values and faith in God, she believes she will be healed one day and give love a chance again.
The singer also revealed she is a victim of Female Genital mutilation and gave an account of how it greatly affected her sex life. She said she has never experienced what sexual pleasure is as many women experience but believes a woman’s duty is to satisfy her husband sexually. she also said during the interview that she is ready to speak about being circumcised even though she was first quite about it due to ignorance. she also revealed that she has an NGO that will tackle the issues that comes as a result of female Genital Mutilation.
