How Much Do People Make In This Nyame Bɛkyerɛ Republic?-A plus quizzes Minister Of Roads

Ghanaian musician and social media commentator Kwame A Plus has waded into the current statement by the ministry of the road concerning the increment in the tolls been taken at the toll booth.

According to the minister who revealed how some other countries have people driving saloon cars paying 5Gh as toll money Ghanaians pay 50ps which doesn’t the government raise enough money to do developmental projects.

Reacting to the words of the minister A plus has revealed that the words of the minister are very wrong and should not have been said as the average Ghanaian is unable to make as much as 100gh in day to be made to pay Gh5 toll.

Taking to Facebook to share his view on the matter he wrote saying;

“In the so-called elsewhere minimum wage is $14 (86.8 Ghana cedis) This means elsewhere people make $112 (694.2 Ghana cedis) every eight hours, which is $3360 (20.832 Ghana cedis). That’s how much the ordinary worker makes elsewhere; twenty thousand, eight hundred and thirty-two Ghana cedis. How much do teachers, lecturers, nurses, police officers, doctors, etc, make in this Nyame Bɛkyerɛ Republic? Elsewhere when toll and taxes are paid it is used to fix the roads and streetlights. The president does not use the money to hire luxurious Jets to bath in the sky.”
