To stay relevant, defeated aspiring assembly member Ibrahim Isaah Ampim, known as Hon Aponkye has revealed he is venturing into music.
According to Hon Aponkye, he has been singing since 2008 and has recorded over 7 songs in his name.
He believes his fame amidst losing the just ended district assembly elections will help him blow when he drops some songs in 2020.

Talking about his showbiz name, Aponkye revealed he is known professionally as ‘Oxygen’. He promised to drop something better and nicer like Shatta’s does since he is a big fan of the dancehall king.
Since he is capable of writing his own songs, in his voice, he does not need anyone to make him a star.
