Ghanaian singer and Lynx Entertainment signeee, Dennis Nana Dwamena better known as Kidi, in a recent interview with pulse Ghana revealed that the popular saying ‘Heaven help those who help temselves’ seem useless to him.
The phrase, he explained, “makes no sense since God will have to wait for him to assist himself before he helps him.” He continued by saying that since he is already helpless, it would be more rational for the benefits to arrive in his life right away rather than after he has established himself.
In the same interview, “The Gyal Dem Sugar” recounted his reaction when he first heard he was going to be a father. He said:
I was shocked to hear the news that I was going to be a provider for my son, but tension reduced and it was all joy when his son Zane finally arrived.
