Headmaster Prevents Samini From Speaking To Students Because Of Dreadlocks

Headmaster of Ebenezer Secondary School in Dansamon, Accra Ghana has prevented Dancehall legend Samini Dagaati from speaking to students because of his hair style.

The dancehall artiste in a video spotted on Instagram revealed that, although he sent a letter to the school prior his visit he was still prevented from speaking to the students because of his dreadlocks.

Samini in his submission said that, when he got to the school, the headmaster told him that, he wasn’t fit to talk to his pupils because of his dreadlocks.

According to Samini, he was allowed to visit several schools with his locks, and was also given the chance to talk to the students on the importance of education which is a part of his Saminifest project.

The disappointed musician who also grew up in Dansoman, in the video bemoaned that, the Ghana Education Service should not allow certain people to work with the Education Service because what the headmaster did was total discrimination which the education sector frowns on.
