After spending a week in police cells, gospel musician, Ohemaa Jacky has ultimately been granted bail by the Accra Circuit Court.
The gospel singer was released on bail with two sureties in the amount of Ghc 200,000. Sources also have it that she is supposed to report to the police every Monday until the issue is resolved.
Earlier last week, news went rife on the local digital space that the singer had scammed a woman of 21,000 euros by promising to get her a passport and travel documents to the UK
Her victim was nabbed by the police after she landed in UK with the fake documents Ohemaa Jacky gave her.
She then told officers that she got the fake papers from Ohemaa Jacky, who advertised on her social media pages that she could help individuals get papers to UK
