The All African Music Awards (AFRIMA) is here, and the 6th edition has officially been launched.
The organizers are calling on artistes across the continent of Africa to summit their songs for nominations.
Ghana which signed a three-year contract to host the event from 2018 to 2020 is likely to lose the hosting right after the first year.
Ghana hosted the fifth edition of the awards in Accra but many people as well as the organizers believe things didn’t go on well as expected.
A report sighted by Gossips24.com indicates that organizers might transfer the hosting rights to another country which the organizers are yet to decide on.
As at now, the organizers are yet to decide whether they should give Ghana the second chance or move it to different country as they want to protect the image and brand of the scheme.
