GHAMRO pays GH₵290 to musician Ama Rasta, 30 minutes after she cursed them with Akpeteshie & Egg

About 24 hours ago, we reported the story of a Ghanaian musician Ama Rasta who stormed the premises of GHAMRO with ‘Akpeteshie’ and eggs over unpaid royalties.

Ama Rasta rained destructive curses on the authorities of GHAMRO after she was told there was no money to be paid her.

In a new development, GHAMRO has paid her GH₵290.

In an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, Thursday, Ama Rasta revealed that an amount of GH₵290 was deposited into her account after her actions in front of the GHAMRO offices.

She claimed that her curses have gone a long way to prove that the organization’s hesitation to pay her royalties, was a deliberate act.

Meanwhile, some GHAMRO authorities have labeled her curse as useless.
