Veteran Nigerian actress and producer, Genevieve Nnaji, has slammed the 72-year-old President Buhari for playing mind games with the demands of Nigerian youth.
Genevieve Nnaji has asserted that Nigerians do not believe Buhari’s government is listening to them as nobody among the disbanded SARS unit has been arrested, and charged for killing innocent protesters.
Taking to her Twitter handle about six hours ago to this post on Wednesday, October 14, Genevieve stated that the first step to change in Nigeria is accountability contrary to the president’s introduction of a new unit, SWAT to replace SARS.
“We don’t believe you are listening when nobody has been dismissed, arrested, and charged for the murder of innocent protesters and citizens. Accountability is the first step to change. #EndSars #EndSWAT,” her tweet read.
