“Fvxk SARS” – Shatta Wale hits the studio to record a song against Police Brutalities in Nigeria

African dancehall king, Charles Nii-Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale has hit the studio to record a song addressing the numerous police brutality in Nigeria.

Shatta Wale who barely 24-hours ago commented on the ongoing #ENDSarsProtest in Nigeria alongside Stonebwoy, has announced his next move.

The musician took to Twitter on Sunday evening to blast SARS saying, “With no apology #FuckSars.

He added in a follow-up tweet that he will be heading to the studio to drop a song to support his Nigerian brothers in their fight to bring SARS and Police Brutalities in Nigeria to an end.

“In the studios right now #FuckSars #EndPoliceBrutality, he tweeted with a Nigerian flag and a love emoji.

Meanwhile, the Inspector General of Police Mohammed Adamu in a statement announced the dissolution of a subunit of the Police force, the Special Anti-robbery Squad (SARS).

Adamu made the announcement on Sunday, days after a public outcry and series of protests calling for a scrapping of the unit over allegations of brutality and human rights violations.
