Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, Aubrey Drake Graham has taken his taste for luxury to a whole new level as reports suggests the global icon sleeps on a mattress that can make one rich for his entire life.

Drake is reported to be sleeping on a bed/mattress worth $395,000 in his mansion.

The OVO rapper gave fans an inside look at his 50,000-square-foot mansion in his hometown of Toronto, showing off lavish amenities and features, such as the 20,000-piece Swarovski crystal chandelier, a full recording studio, an NBA regulation-sized indoor court, an indoor swimming pool, and an “awards room.” But one of the most notable pieces in Drake’s not-so-humble abode was his nearly $400,000 custom bed.

“The bedroom is where I come to decompress from the world at the end of the night and where I open my eyes to seize the day,” Drake told AD. “The bed lets you float …”

Dubbed “Grand Vividus,” the $395,000 bed was produced by Hästens—a fifth-generation, family-owned Swedish bed-maker with more than 350 locations worldwide. The company has become a favorite among celebrities and high-profile figures who are willing to shell out at least $15,000 for a highly coveted Hästens matress.

Since the report, many have quizzed why the musician chose to spend such a huge amount of money on just a common bed whiles he could have donated the money if it had no specific purpose. I think I agree with that tangent of argument because at the end of the day, it’s just a mattress that he needs to sleep on, not some kind of extra-extra sleep will come out of this very mattress – waste of cash after all.
