According the outspoken figure who has his utterances most of the time remarkably candid: has counselled Joyce Blessing and Eshun to be on the lookout for legal charges against Dave Joy and Stephen.
In the course of an interview with Ghana Web, the straight forward private legal practitioner emphatically stated that, the two aforementioned music divas should seek for legal actions against their former music-managers for denying them access to their social media handles.
To succinctly put, he urgegd them to put an injunction on their managers to prevent them from having access to these social media platforms.
I don’t see why the manager will deprive his artiste the right to own the social media platforms. All those females involved should seek legal advice and redress in court and place injunction on their mangers from having access to those social media platforms and for denying them access to it,” he stated.
To validate his submissions, he added that-it is their work that drives attention to their social media so they have every to access them even after a break-up.
Most at times these media handles have the names of the artiste or brand. In the case of Joyce Blessing, who knows her husband? It’s Joyce blessing’s works that drive traffic and attention to these handles and therefore he cannot deliberately take control and deny her access to them,” the lawyer said.
